When Michelle hired me to do her wedding photography, she wanted to do engagement pictures in the mountains, as she and Levi are outdoorsy people. We planned to do the engagement session at Snow Basin. On the day of the shoot, the weather was FREEZING and super windy! Since it was not just Michelle and Levi, but also her kids that were going to be in the pictures, we decided up on top of the mountain wasn't going to work on that day. Luckily, I had found another location that would work. And work it did! While it was still quite cold, it wasn't as bad as it was at Snow Basin. And the wind wasn't too bad either. We were able to get the mountains in the background and the snow on the ground…..and the pictures turned out awesome!
Part of the service I give to my clients is location scouting…every time. Even if I've been to a certain location before. It is important to me to make sure I'm prepared and ready for each client so I can deliver high quality images and a high quality experience.
This engagement session in Morgan County was the best way to end out this crazy 2020 year!
